New Delhi, the 16th July, 1979

SO. 4"7(i:)/18AA/lDRA/79.—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (6_*> of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 852(,E)/18AA/IDRA/77 dated 23rd December, 1977, namely :—

In the said Order under Ibc heading "Members" :—

(1) For serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial

number and entry shall be substituted namely :—
