1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government, having been satisfied that the electing body namely, the "Corporation of Cochin" has failed, for reasons beyond its control, to elect a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Cochin within the period specified therefor in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Trans- port No. G.S.R. 266(E), dated the 26th March, 1979, hereby directs that the election shall be held on or before the 31st August, 1979.

In the said notification, after Serial Number 13 and the
entries relating thereto, the following Serial Number and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
"14. Shji C. Chcrinn, Member of Executive Committee of Marine Products Export Development Authority.
—Representing the Marine Products Export Development
Authority."

Cberian, Member of Executive Com- mittee of Marine Products Export Development Authority, representing the Marine Products Export Deve'opment Au- thority, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Cochin, and
