CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 445(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (De- partment of Revenue), namely :—
1. Notification No. 46/78-Central Excises, dated the
1st March, 1978.
2. Notification No. 50/78-Central Excises, dated the
1st March, 1978.
3. Notification No. 102/78-Ccntral Excises, dated the
27th April, 1978.

924 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART 11—SEC. 3ftfG.S.K. 446 (E).—In exercise of lie powers conferred •• sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944,^65 Central Government hereby exempts all excisable goods falling under Item No. 11D of the Hrat Schedule to the CmtaH Excises and Salt Act, 1944, from the whole of the doty of excise leviable thoreon under the said Act.
