H.Q. 410(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 read with sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973), the Central Government hereby empowers Shri R. Swaminathan, Additional Director Of Enforcement, to adjudicate cases of contravention ol any of the provisions of the said Act [other than section 13, clause (a) of sub-section (I) of section 18 and clause (a) of sub-section (11 of section 19] or of any rule, direction or order made thereunder.
