S.O. 410(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 read with sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973;, the Central Government hereby empowers Shri R. Swaminathan, Additional Director of Enforcement, to adjudicate cases nf contravention of nny of the provisions! of the said Act [other than section 13, clause (p) of sub-section (1) of section 18 and clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 19] or of any rule, direction or order made thereunder.
