ORDER

New Delhi, the 18th July, 1979

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 411(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(123).—In exercise of the Powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order furiher to a-iiend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be calle.l the Exports (Control) Thirty Sixth Amend- ment Order, 1979.

2, In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, the policy shown in Column 4 against S. No. 59 shall be substituted by the following :—

"Export allowed against the contracts registered with Wool & Woollen Export Promotion Council'¹
