G.S.R. 448(E).—fn pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of Sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of. Jndia, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 145- CUS. [G.S.R. No. 429(E)dalecl the 1st July, 1979] as amended by Notification No. 157-CUB. [G.S.R. No. 43WE), dated 6-7-1979].
