New Delhi, the 20th July, 1979

9-0. 413(E).—tn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of tbe Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rule 4 of the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of Tndia, Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 110(E), dated the 24th February, 1979, published in the Gazette, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) :—

"At page 197, for item No. 1, the following shall be substituted :—

"1. Shri A. F. Couto, Additional Secretary, Department of Industrial

Development, Ministry of Industry, New Delhi".
