ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th July, 1979
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 415(E)/No, E(C)O, 1977/AM(124).—Tn exercise of the powcrw conferred by Section 3 of (he Imports and Fxports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be culled the Exports (Control) Thirty-seventh
Amendment Order. 1979.
2. In (he Exports (Control) Order, 1977—
(i) In Part 'B', Schedule I, the item appearing against S. No. 48 and
eoi responding entry in OGL.4 Hgainst S. No. 31 shall be deleted,
(ii) In Part 'A', Schedule I, Ihc existing entry apparing against S. No.
50 shall bo substituted by the following : —
"Mineral Oil, all sorh, including crude oil, Kerosene, fuel oil, lubri- cating oils, greases, petrol, solvent oils, mineral and natural lur- penline, Naptrui, Bitumen/Asphalt."
