S.O. 4I7(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) read with Rule 4 of the Shipping Development Fund Committee (General; Rules, 1960, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. K. Bancrjee, Solicitor, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, the Director General of Shipping, Bombay and the Executive Director, Shipping Develop- ment Fund Committee, Bombay as members of the Shipping Development Fund Committee with immediate effect and rnako tho fo'lowing amendments in tho notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Trans- port & Communications, Department of Transport (Transport Wing,) No. S. O. 628, dated 17 March, 1959 namely :—
In the said notification,—
(i) For S. No. 3 and entries relating thereto, following shall be substi- tuted, namely—"3. Executive Director, Shipping Development Fund Committee, Bombay."
(ii) For S. No. 5 and entries relating thereto, following shall bo substi-
tuted namely,—"5. Director General of Shipping Bombay."
(iii) For S. No. 7 and entries relating thereto, following shall be substi- tuted, namely,—"7, Shri S. K. Banerjee, So'icitor, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justico and Company Affairs, New Delhi."
