NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th July, 1979
G.S.R. 450 (E).—In exerciie of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby notifies the names of the following persons as elected to be Trustees on the Board of Trustees ofthe Port of Bombay, namely : —
1. Shri Jayant S. Dalai Representing the Indian Merchants' Cham-
ber, Bombay.
2. Shri R.S. Cooper Representing the Bombay Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, Bombay.
and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No. G.S.R. 305(E), dated the 31st March, 1979, namely : —
In the said notification, after Serial Number 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely —
"18. Shri Jayant S. Dalai Representing the Indian Merchants' Cham-
ber, Bombay.
19. Shri R.S. Cooper Representing the Bombay Chamber of Com-
merce and Industry, Bombay."
