NOTIFICATION
S.O. 419CE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of section 2
of the Britannia Engineering Company Limited (Mokameh Unit) and the Arthur Butler and Company (Muzaffarpore) Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1978, the Central Government hereby specifies :—
fa) the 1st day of August, 1979, as the date for the purpose of section
18; and
(b) the 1st day of September, 1979 as the date for the purpose of
section 16, of the said Act.
