F.No.602/l-79-DBK.—Under rules 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK pubished in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971, as amended from time to t i m e :—
L F sub-item (c) of item or (A) of sub-serial No. 2502 and the entries relating
thereto the following shall bet substituted, namely :—
(c) Acrylic Fibre content. Rs. 50.80 (Rupees fifty and paiso
eighty only) per kg,
11. For sub-item (d) of item (i) of clause (C) of sub-serial No. 2503 and the
entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
(d) Acrylic Fibre Rs. 52.95 (Rupees fifty two and paise ninety five ony) per kg.
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June,
1979 and shall remain in force upto 31-10-. 1979
