New Delhi, the 25th July, 1979
S.O. 424(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes [he following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (One hundred and thirty- third Amendment) Rules, 1979.

DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL AFFAIRS (VJDHI KARYA VIBHAG)", nfter entry 10, the following entry shall be inser- ted, namely :—-"10A. Administration of the Notarie-, Act, 1052 ;
(a) under the heading 'MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA)", under the nub-heading "C. DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE (RAJASWA VIBHAG)", in entry 13,—
(i) jn item (c), the word "and" shall be omitted ;
(ii) after item (d), the following item shall be inser-
(ii) under the sub-heading "C. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (NYAYA VIBHAG)", entry 5 shall be omitted.
