EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 426(K)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(126).—In exercise of the poweis con- ferred by Section 3 of the Importu and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Ccjitral Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order 1977, namely:—•

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirty-ninth Amend-

ment Order, 1979.

2, In Iht* Exports, (Conliol) Older 1977, in OGL 4, in col. 2, ihc exis- ting entry appearing against S, No. 23(4) shall be substituted by the following :—

"'Rolled structural sections excluding window, door and ventilator lections"
