ORDER

New Delhi, the 25th July, 1979

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 427(E)/BXC)O. I977/AM.(125).—In exercise of the powers conferred Section 3 of the Imports and Exports) (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control,) Thirty-Eighth Amend-

ment Order, 1979.

2. Tn the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, in col. 2, the exis- ting entry appearing against S. No. 37 shall be substituted by the following ;•—

"Basmati Rice, Jeeragasmba and other fine varieties of rice e.g. R.P.4-4, Telia Harosa Mashuro (Fine) Bangaratheegalu, B.T. Thoka- wannum, Surekhu Ratnu, Pura, 33, Mashuri (Fine) Zhilli, Lunji, Safri- 17, Dubfaj, Kali Mooch, PR-106 Parmel, Kalanamuk, the following :—

1. Polished rice. 2. Dehusked unpolished rice. 3. Paddy rice."
