सा. का. जि. 459 ( आ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, बाट और माप मानक (पैकेज में रखी हुई वस्तु) नियम, 1977 के नियम 1 के उपनियम (4 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, और भारत सरकार के नागरिक आपूर्ति और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 621 ( अ ) , तारीख 26 सितंबर , 1977 का आंशिक उपान्तरण करते हुए, और भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य, नागरिक पूर्ति और सहकारिता मंत्रालय (नागरिक पूर्ति और सहकारिता

विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 56 ( अ ) , तारीख 31 जनवरी, 1979 को औध- क्रांत करते हुए , 1 नवम्बर, 1979 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती हैं , जिसको उक्त नियमों के निम्नलिखित उपबंध प्रवृत्त हो जाएंगे, अर्थात्
(1) नियम 5
(2 ) ) नियम 6 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ड. ) और (७)
(3 ) नियम 7
(4) नियम 12 के उपनियम ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) और (8 )
(5 ) नियम 13 , 14 , 18 , 20 , 21 , 28 , 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 , और
(6) नियम 34 के उपबंधों का उतना अंश जिसका संबंध किसी कर्मशाला सर्विस स्टेशन या किसी अन्य स्थान में, जहां किसी बाह्रसिकिल या ट्राइसिक्ल की सर्विसिंग या मरम्मत होती हैं , प्रयोग में लाए जाने वाले किसी संघटक, पुर्जे या पदार्थ से है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th July , 1979
G.S.R. 459 (E) . In pursuance of the provisions of sub - rule ( 4 ) of Rule 1 of the Standards of Weights and Measures ( Packaged Commodities) Rules , 1977 , and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Civil Supplies and Co- operation No. G.S.R. 621 ( E ) , dated the 26th September , 1977 , and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Commerce , Civil Supplies and Co - operation (Department of Civil Supplies & Co- operation ) No. G.S.R. 56 (E ) , dated the 31st January , 1979 , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November , 1979 as the date on which the following provisions of the said rules shall come into force , namely :
( i ) Rule 5 ;
( ii ) Clauses ( e) and ( g ) of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 6 ;
( iii ) Rule 7;
( iv) sub - rule ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) and ( 6 ) of rule 12 ;
(v) Rules 13 , 14 , 18 , 20 , 21 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 ; and
( vi ) So much of the provisions of Rule 34 as relate to any component , part or material used in any workshop , service station or any other place where servicing or repairing of any bicycle or tricycle undertaken. is
