का. नि. आ. 6 ( अ) -छावनी अधिनियम , 1924 ( 2 का 1924) की धारा 13 की उपधारा (7 ) का अनुसरण करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्धारा अधिसूचित करती है कि छावनी बोर्ड, वाराणसी , वार्ड सं. 1 की सदस्यता में मेजर एस, एन. सिंह (रिटायर्ड) के चुनाव को जिला जज वाराणसी के आदेश दिनांक 6-6-1979 द्वारा निरस्त किये जाने के कारण एक रिक्ति हो गई हैं ।

S.R.O. 6( E ) .In pursuance of sub - section ( 7 ) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby notifics that a vacancy has occurred in the membership of the Cantonment Board , Varanasi by reason of setting aside of the election of Major S. N. Singh (Retd. ) as a member from Ward No. I, by the Distt. Judge , Varanasi vide his order dated 6-6-1979 .
[File No. 29 /31 /C/L& C /77 / 2391 -C / D ( Cantts) ] का. नि. आ. १ (अ) . छावनी अधिनियम , 1924 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 16 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शदित्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार 9 सितंबर , 1979 की उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को वाराणसी छावनी में वार्ड सं. 1 में आकस्मिक निर्वाचन किये जाएगें ।

S.R.O. 7 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2 ) of section 16 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924) , the Central Government hereby fixes 9th Septem- ber , 1979 as the date on which casual elections in Ward No. I in Varanasi Cantonment shall be held.
