NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28lh July, 1979
S.O. 442(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Central Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 603(E) dated the 91h October, 1974, the President hereby orders that Shri S. R, Das, Deputy General Manager, National Instruments Limited, Calcutta, who is also an Officer on Special Duty in tho Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry slu.'II act as the dis- ciplinary authority for imposing the penalties^ specified in clause;) (i) to (Iv) of rule 11 of the said Rules, in respect of the persons appointed to Central Civil Posts included in the General Central Service Class II, General Central Service Class III and General Central Service Class IV who are on foreign service to that Company.
