Now, therefort:, in exercise of tho powers confcircd by section 9 of the MJCJ Act, Ihe Centr.il Government hereby notifies Shri Jagjivnn Ram, a1* the Leader of the Opposition in the House of the People with effeu from the 28th day of July, 1979. for ihc piuposes of the said Acl.
