R Ac C.—Wheicas, in pursuance of the piovision of section 2 lead with section 9 ot the Salary and Allowance, of Leadeij of Opposition in Parliament Act, 1977 133 ot 1977), tile Speaker of the House of the People hfls decided that Shii Y B. Chavan, the Leader of the Opposition in the HOUKC of the People, hjs ceased to be the Leadm of the Opposition m the House of the People with, effect from the 28th day of Jul>, 1979 ;
Now, therefore, in exeicisc of the powers conferred by hcction 9 of the snid Act, the Central Government hereby notifies that Shji Y. B. Chavan, has ceased to be the Leader of the Opposition in the House of the People with effect from the 2Rthr day of July, 1979 for the purpose-) of the sajd Act.
