NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th July, 1979

G.S.R. 4621) thnt the power conferred upon it by clauses 4, 5, 6, 10 and 11 of the said Order shall be exerciseablc also by the Chief Director, Additional Chief Director, a Director or a Deputy Director, Senior Cost and Account* Officer or a Cost and Accounts Officer in the Directorate of Sugar, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, (Department of Food).

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
