ORDER

New Delhi, 1st August, 1979

G.S.R. 464 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by chaise 5 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby amends tho Order in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Dcpaitment of Food) No. G.S.R. 415 (F,)/Ess. Com./Sugar dated the 28th June, 1979, as follows :—

In the said Order,—

fi) item (ii) yhall be renumbered as item (iii); and before item (iii) as so

renumbered, the following shall be inserted, namely :-—

L¹(ii) sell and despath less th;m monthly quota of sugar released to him for sale by the monthly Order, within a period specified therein ; or ;";

CiiJ item (iii) shall be renumbered as item (iv).
