New Delhi, the 1st August, 1979

S.O. 444(E),—In exercise of Ihe powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government, being of opinion that it is necessary so to do, hereby constitutes the ' Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Shri Justice N. Ibotombi Singh, Judge of the Gauhati High Court.
