का०ग्रा० 445 (प्र ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, स्वर्ण ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1968 की द्वारा 80 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) के उपखण्ड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निवेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के विस मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का०पा० 483 (श्र) , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1978 में निम्मलिथित संशोधन किया जाण्या, अर्थात्ः
उक्त भ्रादेश में , "सीमा शुल्क और केन्द्रीय उत्पाथ- शुल्क कलक्टर (अपील ) , हैदराबाद, सभ्यों के स्थान पर " मीमा शुल्क कलक्टर ( घपील ) , मुम्बई" शब्द स्वो जाएंगे ।

Ο . 445 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause ( ii) of clause (b) of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 80 of the Gold ( Control) Act , 1968, the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shallbe made in the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Order No. S.O. 483 (E) , dated the 2nd August , 1978, namely :-
In the said Order , for the words " Appellate Collector of Customs and Central Excise , Hyderabad, " the words "Appellate Collector of Customs , Bombay" shall be sub- stituted.

फा०पा० 446 ( स) . केन्द्रीय सरकार स्वर्ण ( नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 45 ) को धारा 114 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , स्वर्ण नियंत्रण ( प्ररूप , फीस और प्रकीर्ण विषय ) नियम, 1968 में भौर संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम स्वर्ण नियंत्रण ( प्ररूप, फीस भौर प्रकीर्ण विषय ) संशोधन नियम , 1979 है ।
(2) य राजपत्र में प्रकाशम की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. स्वर्ण नियंत्रण ( प्ररूप , फीस और प्रकीर्ण विषय ) नियम, 1968 के ( जिसे इसमें भागे उक्त नियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 5 में, शीर्षक और उपमियम ( 1 ) के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः--

"प्रमाणपत्त्र दिए जाने और भनुज्ञप्ति या उसका नवीकरण जारी किए जाने के लिए भावेवन तथा ऐसी भनुज्ञप्ति की बाबत संवेय फीस
(1) धारा 39 में निविष्ट प्रमाणपत्र दिए जाने के लिए प्रत्येक द्यावेवल प्ररूप सं० जी० एस ० 4 में होगा। "
3. उक्त नियमों के नियम 10 में,
(क) "या प्रमाणपत्र के अनुदान के लिए " शब्दों का शोप किया जाएगा ;
(ख) "जारी करना, नवीकृत करमा या अनुवत करना" शब्दों के स्थान पर "जारी करना या नवीकृत करना" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
4. उक्त नियमों के परिशिष्ट में " प्ररूप से ० जी० एस ० 4" के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्ररूप रखा जाएगा, प्रर्थात्ः-

2. मैं स्वर्ण (नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 45 ) और उसके अधीन बनाए गए या जारी किए गए नियमों, भावेशों और निदेशों का तथा उस प्रमाणपत्र के, ओ मुझे विया जाएगा, निबंधनों भौर शर्तों का पालन करने का करार करता हूं ।
3. मैं तारीख 10 जनवरी , 1963 से ठीक पूर्व एक वर्ष से अधिक समय से स्वर्णकार के रूप में कारबार करता था रहा हूं ।

और प्रमाणपत्र २० के जो प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार है धारण करते हैं, से शिक्षु रहा हूं और इस भावत एक प्रमाणपश्न संलग्न कर रहा हूं कि मेरे पास स्वर्णकार के लिए भावश्यक कार्य-कौशल है ।
4. मैं, भारत सरकार के बिल मंहालय ( राजस्थ विभाग ) के भावेश सं० फा०पा० 92 (म) , तारीख 14 फरवरी , 1978 के अधीन आभूषणों के अनुज्ञात विक्रय और क्रय की रियायत प्राप्त करना चाहता हूं और (परिसर का पूरा पता) पर
कार्य करूंगा ।
5. मैं अपने (पास पोर्ट माकार के ) फोटो की दो प्रतियां संलग्म कर रहा हूं ।
6. मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि ऊपर वी गई जानकारी मेरे सर्वोत्तम लाम और विश्वास के अनुसार सही और पूर्ण है ।

S. O. 446(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act , 1968 (45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms , Fees and Miscellaneous Matters ) Rules, 1968 , namely :---
1. (1) These rules may be called the Gold Control (Forms , Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Amendment Rules , 1979 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette .
2. In rule 5 of the Gold Control ( Forms , Fees and Miscel- laneous Matters) Rules , 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for the heading and sub -rule (1) , the following shall be substituted , namely :--
"Application for grant of certificate and for the issue or renewal of licence and fee payable in respect of such licence.( 1) Every application for the grant of a certificate referred to in section 39 shall be in FORM No. G.S.4 . "
3. In rule 10 of the said rules ,-
(a) the words " or for the grant of a certificate" shall be omitted;
(b) for the words " issue, renewal or grant " , the words "issue or renewal" shall be substituted .
4. In theAppendix to the said rules , for FORM No. G.S. 4 , the following Form shall be substituted, namely :
