G.S.R. 465(E).—Fn exerci e of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Q"ven?traent of India i" the IStfclistry of Finance (Department of ^evenuej No. 156-Cuirtoms, dated the 6th, M y, 1979, the Central Govern- ment, being satisfied that it is necersary in the public interest so to do, he.eby exempts coffee, felling under Heading No. 1 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff AU; 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, from so much of the duty of cintoms leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is, in, excess of. Rs. 730>per quintal.
