Subject:— Export of Chloroquino Phosphate formulations.
File No. 22/1/78-E.II.—Attention is invited to the Export? (Control) Amendment Order No. E(C)O, 1977/AM (128) dated th 9th August, 1979, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, on the above subject.
2. It has been decided to allow the export of Chloroquine Phosphate formula- tions against import of bulb Chloroquine Phosphate under advance licence to the extent of f.o.b. value indicated therein.
3. The following entry shall be added after S. No. 49(15) in thi Policy State-
ment on page 18 of the Export Policy Book 1979-80.
