NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th August, 1979
G.S.R. 477(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (i) of section 2 of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 (52 of 1972), the Central Government hereby declares the following human works ot art, not being antiquities, to be art treasures* for the purposes of the said Act having regard to their artistic and aesthetic value, namely :—
Puintincs (including drawing, sketches, diagrams and the like) and objects of
plastic art by
1. Ravi Vermn ;
2. Gaganendrn Nath Tagorc ;
3 Abanindra Nath Tagorc ;
