सा०फा०नि० 478 (न ) कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) (जिसे हममें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) के श्रनुमार, केन्द्रीय फीटनाशी बोर्ड (जिसे इसमें हमके पश्चात् उक्त दोई कहा गया है ) के निम्नलिखिम भदस्य अपने नामांकन की तारीख में 3 वर्ष की अवधि गमाप्त होने पर, उक्न बोर्ड के सदस्य नही रह गए

और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) के खण्ड ( 15) के अनुसरण में एनद्वारा डा ० के ० पी० भार्गव , आचार्य तथा औषधि विज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष, के ० जी० मेडिकल कालेज, लखनऊ के स्थान पर आचार्य तथा औषधि विज्ञान के अध्यक्ष, अखिल भारतीय प्रायुविज्ञान संस्थान, नई विल्ली को उक्त बोर्ड का सदस्य नाम निर्दिष्ट करती है ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 1 की उप-धारा ( 3) और ( 4 ) के खण्ड ( 16 ) के अनुसरण में उप निवेशक, राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, अहमदाबाद को उक्त बोर्ड का सदस्य नाम निर्दिष्ट करती है ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप- धारा (3 ) के खण्ड (17 ) के अनुसरण में, अपर निद्रेणक, चिकित्गा और

स्वास्थ्य सेवा (लोक स्वाम्थ्य) , आन्ध्र प्रदेश , हैवगबाद के स्थान पर स्वास्थ्य सेवा निदेशक , दिल्ली प्रशासन , दिल्ली को उक्त बोर्ड का सदस्य नाम निदिष्ट करती हैं ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त श्रधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( 18 ) के अनुमग्ण में, कृषि निदेशक, गुजरात तथा कृषि निदेशक, पश्चिम बंगाल पर क्रमशः कृषि निर्देशक उत्तर प्रवेश और कृषि निर्देशक, श्रान्ध्र प्रदेश को उक्त बोर्ड का सदस्य नाम निदिष्ट करती है ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धाग की उप-धारा (3 ) और ( 4) के खण्ड ( 19 ) के अनुसरण में निदेशक, केन्द्रीय न्या- यायिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला , गृह मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली तथा मचिव , केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड का पुन उक्त बोर्ड का सवस्य नाम निर्दिष्ट करती 喜;
और केन्द्रीय गरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धाग । की उप -धाग ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( 19 ) के अनुमरण में, डा० जी० एम ० कालकट , भनपूर्व कृषि श्रायुक्त कृषि मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली तथा डा० पी० के० दस मत आणार्थ जैव रसायन तथा पोषाहार, अखिल भारतीय आरोग्यता तथा सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान. कलकत्ता के स्थान पर क्रमश. कृषि आयुक्त, भारत सरकार कृषि और सिचाई मश्रालय, नई दिल्ली तथा निदेशक , श्रौद्योगिक विष वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान केन्द्र, लखनऊ को उक्त बोर्ड का सदस्य नाम निविष्ट करती है।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्न अधिनियम की धारा की उप-धाग ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( 20 ) के श्रनुमरण में निदेशक, केन्द्रीय लोक स्वास्थ्य इजीनियरी अनुसंधान संस्थान, नागपुर के स्थान पर डा ०यार ० बी० मित्र , वैज्ञानिक राष्ट्रीय रसायन प्रश्रांगणाला, पुणे को उक्त योर्ड का सत्रम्य नाम निर्दिष्ट करती है ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा 3 के खण्ड ( 21 ) के अनुमग्ण में, पर्यावरण अधिकारी, विज्ञान तथा प्रोद्योगिकी विभाग, नई दिल्ली को उक्त बोध का मदम्य नाम निर्दिष्ट करती है ।
श्रतः अथ उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय मरकार , भारत सरकार के भूनपूर्व श्राव्य, कृपि , मामुदायिक विकास तथा सहकारिता मंत्रालय ( कृषि विभाग ) की अधिसूचना मं ० जी० एस ० आर ० 301, दिनांक 27 फरवरी , 1971 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्-
उक्त अधिसूखना में "नानिदिष्ट सदस्य" णीर्य के अधीन मत्र मं० (14) , ( 15 ) , ( 16 ) , ( 17 ) , ( 18 ) , ( 19) , ( 20 ) गथा ( 21 ) और इनमे संबन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, क्रमशः निम्नलिखिन मद और र्वािष्टया रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्-
(14) परियोजना अधिकारी, पेट्रोलियम, ग्यायन तथा उर्वरक मंत्रालय (ग्गायन प्रथा उर्वरक विभाग ) , भारत सरकार , नई दिल्ली ।
( 15) श्राचार्य मथा ओषधि विज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष, अन्द्रित भारतीय आयुविज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली ।
( 16 ) चिक्रित्मा त्रिप विज्ञानी, उप निर्देशक, राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य सस्थान , श्रहमदाबाद ।
( 17 ) स्वास्थ्य सेवा निदेशक , दिल्ली प्रशागन , दिल्ली ।
( 18) कृषि निदेशक, उत्तर प्रदेण कृषि निदेशक, श्रान्ध्र प्रदेण ।

Whereas in accordance with sub- section (4 ) of section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 ( 46 of 1968 ) (here- inafter referred to as the said Act) , the following member's of the Central Insecticides Board ( hereinafter referred to as the said Board ) have ceased to be the members of the said Board on the expiry of 3 years from the date of their nomi nation ...

And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xvi ) of sub -sections ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Govern ment hereby nominates Deputy Director , National Institute of Occupational Health , Ahmedabad , as a member of the sald Board;

And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xvii ) of sub - section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates the Director Health Services , Delhi Adminis- tration . Delhi , as a Member of the said Board vice Additional Director , of Medical and Health Services ( Public Health ) , Andhra Pradesh , Hyderabad ;
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xviii ) of sub- section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government here- by nominates the Director of Agriculture , Uttar Pradesh and the Director of Agriculture . Andhra Pradesh , as members of the said Board, vice the Dirtctor of Agriculture , Gujarat and the Director of Agriculture . West Bengal , respectively;
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xiv) of sub - sections ( 3 ) and ( 4) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby renominates the Director, Central Forensic Science Laboratory , Ministry of Home Affairs , New Delhi , and Secre- tary. Central Insecticides Board , as members of the said Board :
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xix) of sub-section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates the Agriculture Commissioner to the Gov- ernment of India. Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation , New Delhi , and the Director, Industrial Toxicological Research Centre, Lucknow , as members of the said Board vice Dr. G. S. Kalkat, forme. Agricuture Commissioner , Ministry of Agri- culture, CGovernment of India , New Delhi , and Dr. P. K. Dutta , Associate Professor , Biochemistry and Nutrition , All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health , Calcutta , respectively :
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( XX) of sub - section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. R. B. Mitra , Scientist . National Chemical Laboratory, Pune , as a member of the said Board, vice Director , Central Public Health Engineering Research Insti- tute, Nagpur ;
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xxi ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby nominates the Environmental Officer in the Department of 'Science and Technology. New Delhi , as a member of the said Board;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Agriculture ) , No. G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February , 1971 , as follows :-
In the said notification , under the reading " Members Nomi- nated" , for items ( xiv ) , ( xv) , ( xvi ) , ( xvii ) , ( xviii) , ( xix ) , ( xx) and (xxi ) and the entries relating thereto , the following items and entries, shall respectively be substituted :
