S.O. 457(E)/18A/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the lute Ministry of Indus- trial Development No. 13(E) dated the 3rd January, 1974. namely :—
In the said Order, for serial numbers 4 and 7 and entries
relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely :—
4. Shri B. R. R. lyengar,
Joint Secretary, Ministry of Industry, New Delhi.
7, Shri Surendra Singh.
Secretary, Industries Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow."
