No, 54-EL(l)/9/79.—Whereas the ballot boxes for the polling held in respect of the election to the Council of the Institute and the Western India Regional Council of the Institute at polling booth No. 23 located in Sir Para- ehurambhmi College, Punc 411030, on the 2nd and 3rd August, 1979, aie reported to have been destroyed in the crash of the Indian Airlines flight from Fune to Bombay on the night of 4th August, 1979 :
Now, therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 87 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1964, read with Regulation 112(7) thereof, it is hereby notified (hat the polling at the aforesaid polling booth held on 2nd and 3rd August 1979, is declared void. It is further notified pursuant to the aforesaid provisions of the Regulations that the following shall be the place, dates and the time for the fresh polling for the election to the Council of the Institute and the Western India Regional Council of the Institute, namely :
Place : Polling Booth No. 23, Sir Parashurambhau College,
Pune-411030.
Dates : 17th & 18th August, 1979J
Time : 8.30 A.M. to 6.30 P.M.
