S.R.O. i(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (j) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 [15 of (1947)J, the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the Yard engaged in the manufacture of frigates, security, safety, flreflghting, manning of power houses and sub-stations, manning of pumps for kasara basin/Drydocks, fresh water supply and conservancy of M,/s. Mazagon Dook Limited, Bombay In the State of Maharashtra to be a service of vital importance to the community.
