G.S.R. 494(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (I) of rule K of the Central Excise Rules, 1944. (he t'Vni'u' Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notificnlwn of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Re <'twc No. 234/74-CE tinted the 20th July, iy79, namely :—
In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words •'31st day of July, 1979" the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1980" shqll be substituted.
