ORDER
New Delhi, the 17lh August, 1979
S,O. 472(E)—Whereas the Central Government had fixed the price of Sulpha-
methoxaznlc (SMX) at Rs. 517 per kg. with effect from 5-1-1978.
And whereas, the Bombay High Court in Writ Petition 1159 of 1978 vide orders, dated 2nd April, 1979, quashed the said Order and directed the Central Government to dispose of the Review Application, dated 7th April, 1978, of Messrs. Roche Products Ltd. and to fix the maximum selling price of Sulpha- metho.xazole as from 5-1-1978.
Now, therefore, the Central Government, in compliance of the uforesmd orders of the High Court, fixes the maximum selling price of Sulphamethoxazolc tit Rs. 538.58 per kg. instead of Rs, 517 per kg. as from 5-1-1978.
