ORDER
New Delhi, the 18th August, 1979
GS.K 4SS(E)/Ess. Com./Sugar.—In exercise of Ihc powers conferred by clause 5 o5 the Sugnr (Contro:) Order, 196C, the Central Government ht:reby directs that nc recognised denier nhai keep in stock at any time kbandsari (rpen pan sugar, in excess of 1,000 quintals and for that purpone amends the Gov- ernment of Irdin, Minil'fry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food) Order No. G.S.R. 449(B)/Esa. Com./Sugar, dated (he 19th July, 1979, as follows, namely :—
In the said Order,—
(1) Clause (i) shall be rcnumbeied as clause (I); and
(2) for clause (ii) the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"01) no recognised dealer shall keep in stock at any time khnndsari
