केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क
सा० का०नि० 500 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाव- शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवस शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय के, यथास्थिति ( राजस्व विभाग या राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) या राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना , जो इसमे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट है उक्त मारणी के स्तम्भ (3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रीति से यथास्थिति संशोधित या और संशोधित की जाएगी ।

GSR 500 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in ihe Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue or Department of Revenues and Insurance )
[PART II- SEC. 3 ( i ) ]
or Department of Revenue and Banking , as the case may be , specified in column (2 ) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended or further amended , as the case may be , in the manner specified in the correcspending entry in column ( 3 ) of the said Table.

सा० का० नि० 501 ( ८) केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाव-शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधि- सूचना सं० 203/ 67-केन्द्रीय उत्पाव -शुल्क, तारीख 9 मितम्बर, 1967 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , परन्तुक के नीचे की सारणी में , क्रम सं ० 1 , 2, 4 और 6 के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में श्राने वाले , " 50.00 रु ० " , " 25.00 रु०' " 25.00 रु०" और " 55.00 रु ० " अंकों और मशब्द के स्थान पर क्रमणः" 48.88 रु०" , " 24.94 रु०" , " 24. 94 रु०" और " 53.39 रु ० " अंक और शब्द रख्ने जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 501 (E ) .In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Goevrn- ment hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 203/67- Central Excises , dated the 9th September , 1967 , namely : -
In the said notification, in the Table below the proviso , for the letters and figures " Rs . 50.00 " , " Rs . 25.00" , "Rs . 25.00 " and "Rs . 55.00 " , occurring in column (3 ) against S. Nos . 1 , 2 , 4 and 6 , the letters and figures " Rs . 48.88 " , " Rs . 24.94 " , "Rs . 24.94 " and "Rs . 53.39 " shall respectively be substituted .
