ORDER
New Delhi, the 18th August 1979
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 473(E). -No. E(C)O, 19T7/AM (132) :-- In exercise of the powers con-
ferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Forty-fourth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977—
(i) In Part 'A', Schedule I, the existing entry appearing against S. No. 21 A,
shall be substituted by the following :—
"Salts all sorts, excluding sodium chloride IP/BP".
(ii) In Part ' B\ Schedule J, the following item shall bo added after S, No.
96 :—
"97—Sodium Chloride IP/BP".
