NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd August, 1979

GNK. 5H(E).—In pursmuKe of Clause 3 of the Fct>'i\ci i^untro!) Order, 1957, the Central Government hereby amends the Notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Agricuturc), No. G.S.R. 218(E) dated the 9tb March, 1979, as follows, namely:—

In the said Notification for the existing Note, the following shall be substituted,

namely :•—

"Nate.—When sales of any fertiliser are mad" in quantities not exceeding 5 Kg. at a time, the dealer may charge the following cojf in addition to the proportionate maximum price specified above :

(t;) For 1-2 Kg. pacing, 12 paise per packing, and
