CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 514(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seclion (1) of section 25 cf tho Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue ad Banking No. 26-Customs, dated 24th February, 1977, namely :—

In the Tab'e annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 2, in • column (3), for the letters, figures and words "Rs. 10 per kilogram", the letters, figures and words "Rs. 15 per kilogram" snail be substi- tuted.
