1074 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART H—SEC. 3(i)]G.S.R, 516(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 Of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 31 of the Finance Act, 1979 (21 of 1979), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in tire public interest so to do hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 104-Cnstoms, dated the 10th May, 1979, namely :—
Tn the Schedule to the said notification, after Serial No. 229 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be inser- ted, namely ;—
"230 No. 181-Cuitoms, dated 24th August, 1979".
