All brand rates fixed for individual manufacturer/exporter in respoct of above goods will sland withdrawn wi(h the coming into effect of (his Public Notice.

F.No. 602/1/79-DBK.—Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F, No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971, as amended from time to time :—
After sub-serial No. 2803 and the entries relating thereto, the following sub-serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :• ~

No. 602/1/79-DBK.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of india, hxtraordinary, dated tho 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-I dated tho ISth October, 1971, as amended from lime to time :—
For the existing proviso under sub-serial No. 2606 the
following Proviso shall be added, namely :—
"Provided that no drawback on account of yarn content shall be admissible ia respect of Cotton fabrics falling under item 19 of the Central Excise Tarifl', using yarns specified at sub- serial No. 2503(A)(I)(i) and sub-serial No. 25O3(A) (II) (i).."
