का ० प्रा० 498 ( अ ) नोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की प्रारा 13 व को उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुमरण में तथा अपनी तारीख 23 सितम्बर, 1979 की अधिसूचना सं ० 429/ जम्मू-कश्मीर-लॉ ० स०/-75 , को अतिष्ठिन करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग जम्मू-कण्मीर सरकार के परामर्श से नोचे की मारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट मरकारी श्राफिमर को ऐसे सरकारी आफिमर के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट संसदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन- क्षेत्र परिसीमन भादेश , 1976 की अनुसूची 9 में यथा अन्तविष्ट जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो के निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण आफिसर के रूप में पदानिहित करना है:-

New Delhi , the 1st September , 1979 S.O. 498 ( E) . In pursuance of the provisions of sub - sec- tion ( 1) of section 13B of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 (43 of 1950 ) , and in supersession of its notification No. 429/ J & K- HP / 75 , dated the 23rd September , 1975 , the Election Commission hereby designates , in consultation with the Govern- ment of Jammu and Kashmir, the Officer of Government speci- fied in column 2 of the Table below as the Electoral Registration Officer of the Parliamentary Constituencey in the State of Jammu and Kashmir as contained in Schedule IX to the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976, and as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such Officer:-

का० भ० 499 ( अ) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 13) की धारा 13ग की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा तारीख 23 मिनम्बर , 1975 की अपनी अधिसूचना मं ० 429/ज० क० लो० म०/ 75 ( 1 ) को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिविष्ट सरकारी ग्राफिमरों को ऐसे सरकारी आफिसरों के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट संसदीय और विश्वान सभा निर्वाचन- क्षेत्र परिसीमन आदेश , 1976 की अनुसूची ५ में यथा अन्तर्षिष्ट जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के संमदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण आफिमर की, उमके कृत्यों के पालन में, सहायता करने के लिए सहायक निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण झाफिमर के रूप में एतद्वारा नियुक्त करता है:--

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 13 C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950 ) and in supersession of its notification No. 429/ J &K- HP/ 75 ( 1 ) dated 23rd September, 1975 , the Elec- tion Commission hereby appoints each of the officer (s ) of the Government as speficied in column 2 of the table below as As- sistant Electoral Registration Officer to assist the Electoral Registration Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Jammu and Kashmir as contained in Schedule IX to the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituen- cies Order , 1976 , and as specified in column ( 1 ) of the said Table against such officer , in the performance of the functions of such Electoral Registration Officer :-
