New Delhi, the 3rd September, 1979

S.O. S04(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18AA of lh" Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 73KE) dated the 19th October, 1977, namely :—

In the said Order, for serial No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the

following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :—

"3. Shri Marga Banthu,

Chief Manager (Commercial Division), State Bank of India (Main Branch), Calcutta."
