का. आ. 564 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65 ) की धारा 29 ख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , कतिपय वर्ग के औद्योगिक उपक्रमों को छूट की बाबत इस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का . आ. 98 (अ ) / उ वि वि अ/ 29-ख/ 73/1 तारीख 16 फरवरी , 1973 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात :-

(1) मद ' लघु एकक " के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
1. ऐसे उपक्रम , जिनमें संयंत्र और मशीनरी में नियत आस्तियों में चाहे व स्वामित्व की निबन्धनों पर या पट्टे अथवा अवक्रय छ्वारा धारित है विनिधान 10 लाख रुपये से अनधिक है ।
(2) मद " अनुषंगी ' के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात:-
'' अनुषंगी'' :
2. ऐसे उपक्रम , जिनमे संयंत्र और मशीनरी में नियत आस्तियों में चाहे वे स्वामित्व के निबन्धनों पर या पट्टों अथवा अवक्रय द्वारा धारित हैं , विनिधान 15 लाख रुपये से अनधिक है और वे निम्नलिखित में लगे हैं , -
(क) पुजो , घटको , उप- संयोजनों , औजारों और मध्यको के विनिर्माण में , या
(ख) सेवा देने में ; और अन्य वस्तुओं के उत्पादन के लिए अन्य इकाइयों को याथस्थिति अपने- अपने उत्पादन या कुल सेवाओं का 50 प्रतिशत प्रदाय करने या देने में अथवा प्रदाय करने या देने की प्रस्थापना करने में देने मे " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th October , 1979
S.O. 564 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 29B of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment to this Ministry's notification S.O. 98 ( E ) / IDRA / 29B / 73 / 1 dated 16th February , 1973 regarding exemptions to certain classes of industrial under- takings , namely :-
( i ) for the item " Small Scale Units" , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
"Small Scalo Units :
1. Undertakings having investments in fixed assets in plant and machinery whether held on ownership terms or by lease or ny hire purchase not exceeding Rs . 10 lakhs" ;

( ii ) for the item "Ancillaries " , the following shall be substituted.
namely :- "Ancillaries :
2. Undertakings having investments in fixed assets in plant and machi- nery whether held on ownership terms or by lease or by hire purchase not exceeding Rs . 15 lakhs and engaged in ,-
(a) the manufacture of parts , components , sub- assemblies , toeling өг intermediates ; or
(b) the rendering of services ; and supplying or rendering or proposing to supply or render 50 per cent of their production or the total services , as the case may be , to other unifs for production of other articles " .
