G.S.R. 529(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Constitution (Forty-fourth Amendment) Act. 1978, the Central Government hereby appoints the date immediately following the date on which this notification is published in the Official Gazette, ay the d;ile on which section 24 and 43 of the said Act shall come into force.
