S.O. 516(E)/lSJIt/IDKA/79.—Whcicas by the Order of Ilie Government oi India in the Minintiy of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) ^Jcv S.O. 6<52(K) dated the 7th September, 1977, (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in cxc.cisc of the powers conferred by clause Ib) of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 K)5 of 1951), had declared that the operation of all contracts, assui.inces of property, agreement-,, settlements, awaids, stan- ding onlcfs or other instruments iu force immcdintely before the dale of issue of the snid Order (othci than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which lire i: dustrial undertaking 1.nown as Messrs Khardah Company Limited, Calcutta oi the Company owning such indii'iniiil umU-i taking is a party or whii:h may be applicable to 'inch industrial undertaking or Company shall remain sus- pended for u period of one yoar, and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising there- And, whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of InduntriaT De- velopment) No. S.O. 545(E)/18FB/IDRA/78, dated the 6th September, 1978, the duration of the said Order was exten- ded for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 6th September, 1979 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that Ibe duration of the said Order sfrould he extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 6th September, 1980 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powery conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), oi section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of tire said Order upto and inclusive of the Gth September. 1980,
