का. था . 520 ( क )/18 क/आई . डी. वार. ए./79 -भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकार मंान्य के आदेश में . का . जा . 603 (अ) / 18 क/आई. डी. आर. ए. /72 , तानंख 18 सितम्बर , 1972 (जिसे इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) द्वारा मैसर्स ण्डियन रबर मैन्यूफेक्चरर्स लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंधग्रहण 17 सितम्बर , 1977 तक की अवधि के लिए , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , किया गया था ।
और भारत सरकार के आदेश में . का. आ . 638 ( अ) / 18 क/ आई . डी. आर. ए ./77 , तारीख 26 अगस्त , 1977 द्वारा उक्त आदेश को तारीख 599 GI/79

17 सितम्बर , 1979 तक की अवधि के लिए , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , प्रभावी बनाया गया था ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त आदेश दो वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहना चाहिए ;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 क के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आवेश 17 सितम्बर , 1981 तक की और अवधि के लिए , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

ORDER
New Dellri , the 7th September , 1979
S.O. 520 ( E ) /18A/IDRA/79.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 608 (E) / 18A/ IDRA / 72 , dated the 18th September , 1972 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Limited , Calcutta , have been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 17th September , 1977 ;
And , whercas , by the Order of the Government of India No. S.O. 638 (E) / 18A/ IDRA/ 77 , dated the 26th August , 1977, the said Order was made effec- tive for a further period upto and inclusive of the 17th September , 1979 ;
And , whereas , the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said order should continue to have effect for a further period of two years ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 17th September , 1981 ..
