Section 15 of the Mcn.lv.int Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 195H) read with Rules 4 of ihe Shipping Development fund Committee (General) Rules, l^hO, the Central (jovcrnincni hciehy appoints Solicitor to the Government of India, Depaitment of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, as member o£ the Shipping Development Fund Committee and make the follow- ing aniendrrienU in the notification oi the Government of India in the late Ministrj of Transport and Communications, Depaitment of Transport (Trans- port Wing) No, S.O. 628, dated 17th March, 1959 namely :—
In the said notification,—
Aftci S. No. 6 and entries relating thereto, following shall be inserted
namely,—
'7. Solicitor to the Government of India, Department of Legal Affairs,
Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, New Delhi."
