F.No. 602/1/79-DBK.—Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India Extra ordinary dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Go- vernment hereby makes the following amendments in the Tables published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time:—
After Sub-serial No. 4705 and the entries rotating thereto, the following sub-serial No. and the entries shall be inserted, namely:—

No. 602/2/70-DBK published in Ihc Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Go- vernment hereby makes the following amendments in the Tables published in the Public Notice No. DRAWUACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time:
After Sub-serial No. 4704 and the entries relating thereto, the following sub-serial Np. and the entries shall be inserted namely:—

No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Go- vernment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time,
The existing "Note" restricting the validity period of rate of drawback upto 31-8-1979 under Sub-serial No. 270S shall be deleted.

F.No. 602/1/79-DBK.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No. 602/2/70-DBK. published in (he Gazette of India Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th O-tober, 1971 as amended from time to time:— The following Note shall be inserted under Sub-Serial Nos. 2901, 3901 to 3908, 3910 to 1911, 4101, 4201, 4301, 4401 to 4405, 4407, 4408, 4507, 4601, 4603 to 4610, 4611 to 4612, 4617, 4703! 4801 to 4813, 4901, 5001, 5201, 5501, 5502, 5601 and 5701.
"Note:—If an exporter can establish to the satisfication of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the parts and accessories of products falling under the Sub-Serial No, are such articles, for which rate exists under Public Notice No. DRAWBACK PN-1 dated 15-10-1971 as amended from time to time, drawback may be allowed under the relevant Sub-Serial of the said Public Notice.
