CENTRAL EXCISES
G-S.R. 539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule S of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ments in the notification of the Government of tndia in the Ministry of finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 91/69-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1969, namely :—
In the Table aanexed to the said notification, in column (5), against serial Nos. 2 to 6, after the word3 "in respect of such fabrics" the words "used else- where than in the factory of production" shall be inserted.
